Cloud computing has a major roll to play in your business continuity (BCP) and disaster recovery (DR) plans. Cloud Computing Centre offers 2 approaches to BCP and DR.
The first is to integrate full redundancy for your systems and applications in a very high availability solution at during the design phase of your solution. We do this by replicating your applications and systems across disparate, geographically diverse locations within our data centre infrastructure. This solution provides the fastest recovery time possible with almost seamless transitioning from one data centre to the other.
The second is to work with you to build a custom solution that leverages our infrastructure along with your in-house technology to provide a solution that fits your business. We have a skilled experience team with the knowledge to make the best, most cost effective use of virtualisation and data replication in order to minimise downtime for your business and ensure the fastest possible recovery of business critical information.
Whichever the approach you take we can provide the right platform for your solution.
Like security we take high availability very seriously. We use N+1 protection. This means that for our own systems we always have a backup, a plus one in case anything should fail. Not only that but our real time monitoring technology and capabilities means that we are constantly checking our systems and equipment allowing us to identify any potential issues before they happen.
We test our own BC plan 4 times a year in order to ensure that your systems and data is in a safe pair of hands and with hourly replication of all your data into a secure location so in the unlikely event of a disaster, your business will have every piece of data replicated virtually and physically so you can be functioning normally again in hours rather than days or weeks as with typical on-premise solution.
Step one in a BCP or DR plan is to make sure your systems are housed in the best possible location, with the best possible physical security and measures in place that mitigate risk of fire, flooding or power outages, that have the best technology deployed in its networks to protect systems and data from the outset and at Cloud Computing Centre we have that.
